These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We may modify these terms at any time. The modified terms will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the web site and use of the web site after that point will be subject to the modified terms.
Stock:
Most reproduction work, giclee canvases and fine art prints, are printed and prepared to order hence the lead times of up to 30 working days. These times are flexible in order to overcome any unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to meet these delivery targets but cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Payment:
Payment can be made in three ways:
Cancelling an order:
You may cancel an order if it has not had work started on it. Once work has started on an order it is not possible to cancel it.
Delivery:
Delivery will be provided for by specialist couriers apart from some outlying areas where we use Royal Mail. Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery. Please inspect the packaging to make sure there is no visible damage. Turnaround and delivery times are stated in good faith. On rare occasions or if a canvas or print does not pass quality control it is possible that we may not be able to deliver within the timescale stated. We do not credit delivery costs if the order has been placed incorrectly.
Returns:
If there is damage to the canvas you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the issue. Depending on the size, we may ask you to return the canvas (we will credit the postage to you). We use a top grade canvas but there may be some minor imperfections in the surface due to it being a natural material. We do not accept returns for minor imperfections.
Gallery wrapping:
Our giclee canvases are presented as a ‘gallery wrap’, the frame is 25mm deep and the canvas is wrapped around the back and attached and finished with tape. These are ready to hang ‘as is’ or can be fitted in a frame by a professional picture-framer of your choice.
Colour:
Our printers have a custom colour profile that deliver accurate results to the original paintings but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The images displayed on the website are a ‘good representation’ of the product offered, however, the actual product is a ‘truer representation’ of the original artwork. We only adjust any colour settings that we deem necessary for the benefit of the final product.
Canvas quality:
We use top grade archival canvas. However, there can be occasional minor imperfections due to the nature of the material.

- Payment is made at time of order by credit/debit card via PayPal.
- By PayPal account.
- Postal orders can be made by cheque (UK only). No preparation will be undertaken for an order until the cheque has cleared in the bank. Send your payment to the address on the contact us page, please include the product code. your name, address & email address with your payment. Please make your cheque payable to Art of Sacred Geometry. You will receive an email to confirm your order and receipt of your payment
